Crystal therapy is the art of using the vibrational properties of natural minerals to promote balance of body and mind. ZENZONE integrates this millennial tradition into its design: 7 natural stones, each paired with a specific energy centre.
Matter is not inert — it is vibration. Where ZENZONE's ergonomics support the skeletal structure, the integrated crystal therapy supports the energetic structure. The human body is a fluid energetic system, influenced by emotions and stress. Crystals, by contrast, possess a perfect crystalline lattice that emits a stable, constant frequency. Positioned along the spinal axis, they work through indirect contact and resonance — they add nothing that is not already present, but call the energy centres back to their natural frequency of balance.

Root Chakra — MuladharaThe stone of stability and security. Positioned at the base of the spine, it works on the sense of belonging and connection with the earth. In meditation, it helps transform anxiety into a sensation of «being safe here and now». It is the anchor that allows exploration of higher states knowing one has solid roots.

Peach Aventurine
Sacral Chakra — SvadhisthanaA gentle stone connected to the sphere of emotions and creativity. It dissolves emotional blockages and encourages the joy of being, harmonising the relationship with one's desires and the capacity to feel without being overwhelmed.
Golden Quartz
Solar Plexus — ManipuraThe centre of will and self-esteem. Golden Quartz (Golden Healer) acts as a small inner sun: it dissolves stagnation and the sense of powerlessness, supporting resolve and clarity of intent.
Green Aventurine
Heart Chakra — AnahataThe point of balance between lower chakras (matter) and upper chakras (spirit). A powerful emotional harmoniser, it works in synergy with the thoracic opening ensured by ZENZONE's ergonomics, facilitating the release of old tensions and creating an inner space of calm and empathy.
Sodalite
Throat Chakra — VishuddhaThe stone of deep communication and intuitive logic. It helps bring order to mental chaos, facilitating listening to oneself and allowing a clearer, more honest vision of reality during the silence of practice.
Amethyst
Third Eye — AjnaThe meditative stone par excellence. It calms the «noise» of the rational mind and opens the doors to intuition. It encourages deep states of consciousness (Alpha and Theta waves), helping to achieve the alert lucidity that is the goal of meditative practice.
Lapis Lazuli
Crown Chakra — SahasraraA regal and sapient stone, a bridge towards the universal. It connects the finite mind with the infinite, encouraging spiritual elevation and wisdom. It closes the energetic circle that begins with the earth (Red Jasper) and rises to the sky.
Integrated into the design
How the integration works
The 7 crystals are housed in ZENZONE's removable integrative cushion, positioned close to the energy centres during practice. Each stone has a dedicated pocket with a 1st Chakra support integrated into the structure. ZENZONE is equipped with a system of housings that allows the stones to work through resonance, while giving the freedom to remove them for cleansing or recharging.
For deep practice, we recommend a personal kit for each user. Every ZENZONE includes a black velvet pouch for crystal storage.
